Unlike computer-generated text, the beauty of handwritten calligraphy is in the natural variation in letterform and layout. These variations add charm and character and turn each piece into a unique work of art.
Due to the handmade nature of these products, slight variations in colour, texture, and size may occur. While we strive to maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship, please note that the actual product may differ slightly from the images on our website. We appreciate your understanding and support for the handmade process.

Turnaround time: 2 weeks (excluding delivery time)

The names will be written in black ink the centre of each card.

Supply your guests’ names: Email the typed up list to ellie@ellieshopovasmith.co.uk quoting your Order Number. Please check each name carefully before you supply us the list – all names will be written exactly as they are supplied to us.

Your cards will be lovingly handwritten in our Yorkshire studio. This usually takes two to three weeks.
Once completed, your order will be carefully packed and posted via Royal Mail. We will email you to confirm the dispatch and will supply you the tracking number.
Please check your order and notify us within 48 hours should you notice any discrepancies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the unique customisation and handmade nature of the product we are unable to offer cancellations or returns. Please take time to check that you are happy with all details and turnaround times before you place your order.
The names will be written EXACTLY as you have supplied them so please double-check that your spellings are correct before you supply them to us.
